During an initial complimentary consultation we will get to know each other and discuss options for your trip that best suit your interests and suits your travel style.
My research and planning fee allows me to devote the time expertise necessary to research and negotiate the best options for my clients. Since I am not affiliated with any cruise, hotel, or tour company, I work for my clients, not the travel vendors. For every travel client, I work to create the ultimate travel experience you can trust.
Signature Concierge Care offers comprehensive trip planning from itinerary creation to ongoing support, including:

Fees
Customized Itineraries
I charge a per trip research and planning fee starting at $247, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. This fee is due after the initial consultation and prior to initiating trip planning. The trip fee includes consultation, research, planning, and quote preparation. Once you're satisfied with the itinerary, I confirm and service all components of the trip including flights, accommodations, transfers, guided tours and activities. I also offer recommendations for unique experiences, theater tickets, restaurants, local attractions, and more.
Airline Tickets
I find my clients the best flight solution at either equal to or better than market fares. I access all public fares available online in addition to accessing non-public fares on select international first/business class routes.
There is no fee for domestic tickets.
There is a 7% fee added to the cost of all tickets outside of North America and Mexico.
Travel Insurance
I recommend that travelers purchase travel insurance for all trips. I do not charge fees on the purchase of travel insurance policies.
