How far in advance do I need to book my trip?Booking timelines can vary greatly depending on the destination, season, and availability. It's generally recommended to start planning your trip at least 6 months in advance, especially for popular destinations and peak seasons.

Do you charge cancellation and change fees?Yes, these fees are in addition to any cancellation or change fees charged by airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators or other vendors as outlined in their terms and conditions. No additional fees will be charged by Siren's Call Travel Agency on travel canceled by the vendor. Customized itineraries: $200 cancellation fee to be charged to the credit card on file should the trip be canceled by the client for any reason Hotels and Cruise: $50 cancellation fee per hotel or cruise reservation. Flights: Any reissued tickets will require a $50 (domestic) and $100 (international) ticket reissue or exchange fee, in addition to any supplier-imposed penalties. Penalties depend on airline booking terms and conditions. Last minute change fees: $200 change fee should there be last minute trip changes within 5 days of departure. Our fees are based on the complexity of the trip and are calculated as an overall project cost after initial consultation. Additional airline & travel management fees may apply, depending on the trip. All fees are non-refundable once paid.
